Chief Executive Officer / Executive Director
Graduated with a Bachelor of Science, from Shantou University, China in 2004 and completed the Marketing Management Programme, at the Business School of the National University of Singapore in 2010. He also holds a Master of Science in Technopreneurship & Innovation from Nanyang Technology University, Singapore in 2018
He has more than 12 years of experience in business management and investment in the information technology and investment industry.
Mo Guopiao was appointed as Executive Director and CEO of the Group in 2021. He is currently responsible for the Group's strategic, financial, and operational leadership.
Executive Director
She has approximately 20 years of working experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry.
She started her career as an entrepreneur and was involved in food service, retail, and local trading businesses. In January 2007, she founded Bai Li Enterprise and had been instrumental in the expansion of the business of our Group over the past 15 years.
She oversees the Group's overall management and business growth strategy in Thailand.
Executive Director
He earned a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) degree from RMIT University in Australia in 2004 and is a member of the Certified Practising Accountants (CPA), Australia.
He brings approximately 18 years of experience in audit, financial reporting, corporate finance, and corporate development. He joined an auditing firm, oil and gas, and construction industry throughout these years.
He joined the Group as Head of Corporate in 2021, where he was responsible for the Group's corporate strategy and development. In March 2022, he was appointed as Executive Director and in charge of the Group's business strategy and development.
Chief Operation Officer
He obtained his Bachelor of Management (major in Marketing) from Liaoning Huashang Economic University, China in July 2009. He then received his Master in Business Administration degree from The Cavite State University, Philippines, in August 2021.
He has over 15 years of expertise in logistics management, supply chain management, and the establishment of operating procedures for businesses.
In 2020, he joined the Group as COO and currently oversees the Group's overall operations.
Chief Financial Officer
He obtained his Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) degree from RMIT University, Australia, in July 2003.
He has over 19 years of expertise in audit, financial reporting, budgeting, cost management and corporate planning in the oil and gas industry.
In 2021, he joined the Group as CFO and currently oversees the Finance Department of Wellspire Groups.
Deputy Chief Operation Officer
He obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of The Thai Chamber of Commerce, Thailand, in February 1995.
He has approximately 25 years of experience in procurement, merchandising and inventory management in retail and consumer goods.
In October 2021, he became the Group’s Deputy COO and was responsible for the Wellspire Group's customer relationship management. He is also in charge of the sales department, implementing the performance framework and monthly operational performance meetings.
